Paid for a premium room but it felt pretty standard. Coffee machine produced cold coffee. Staff were good. The calamari in the restaurant should be taken off the menu, it was horrible. Otherwise generally good.

Can't really say much as it was just a place to store luggage and sleep during our 20 hour layover. The room, bed, bathroom was clean. Plenty of towels. Soap was provided. The staff had us checked in within 5 minutes of arriving.

Room was fine for our night’s sleep before our flight. The check-in was quick and easy with ample staff. The shower was hot and the bed comfortable. No amenities to speak of, but it’s an excellent value.

Recommended... Cleaned and quiet rooms, scheduled airport bus transportation for a low cost. Could not stay for breakfast as we had an early flight, but im sure it was good as the one in T2.

This hotel is not in the Terminal you must take a taxi to this hotel The way this Hotel is advertised as being in Terminal 5 is very misleading! This should be against the law.

Staff was very friendly and the room is clean and well appointed. I was surprised that a Terminal Hotel did not have a complimentary, or more frequent, shuttle to the airport? I took the local bus, which was easy and fast, but I was lucky in that I did not have a lot of luggage.

The hotel look better from the outside than it does inside. The lobby, elevator, hallways & the rooms all need to be kept clean. The room upon arrival was not clean. We didn’t book an accessible room but were given one with a standing shower. No slippers etc were provided. When we reported the condition of the room and asked them to change the room. They said that the accessible room we were given is the only room that was available. Upon talking to the Manager on Duty she did send someone from housekeeping to change the bed sheets etc but the person from house keeping who can complained about having to change the bed sheets etc despite been show other peoples hair etc on the bedsheets & pillows that obviously had not been changed after the last guest had checked out. Will no stay here again.
