Fantastic Hotel! The only thing that can be improved - in my opinion - is the shower. A shower with more pressure + fully closed box would make it perfect. Plus, Patrick, receptionist, is probably THE BEST I have ever had the opportunity to meet.

If I ever go to London again, I will be staying at the this hotel again. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. I especially liked that they had washers and dryers to do laundry. After being in France for a couple days I had quite a bit of laundry to do and this saved me from buying clothes. The pub next door was great for food and beer. All in all, IGH properties are great places to stay.

Spotlessly clean room, Kitchenette area had all items you could want. Comfortable beds. Vast choices of breakfast items, staff couldn't do enough for you all extremely pleasant . Check in easy staff lovely. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend to anyone who wants a central stay in London near the sights, Buckingham Palace only 1.5 mile walk away.

I couldn’t speak more highly of our stay — truly excellent in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make us feel welcome.
