Breakfast was good. The hotel hopper from Heathrow stops at the Holiday inn Express next door - literally 20 yards away. We also ate at the Holiday Inn as there didn’t seem to be anything else close by. Our suite was large and very well equipped.

The room was great as was the continental breakfast and lounge. The only negative was the pizza restaurant next door in the Holiday Inn. The service was poor, the pizza options were slim and the food was only so-so. The bar on the other side of the room was very nice with good food options and nice and prompt service. Other than the pizza place, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

What a great find! This is truly a suite. Perfect place for stay over at Heathrow. But reasonable enough and so comfortable that it might be a good place to come back to and take the subway into the City for a longer stay. Superb staff!

Amazing customer service, staff had super clear communication and went above and beyond . Great welcome after long flight. Easy bus ride from terminal 5. Very clean smell everywhere.
