There was a leak in the toilet, due to which water kept coming out in the room all night and the sweeper kept cleaning the water. I couldn't sleep all night, so I should get a refund.

Handy for the city of London

This hostel is in a good location, but really needs some money spending on it. Very run down, lots of broken fittings and facing an extremely noisy road. I couldn't stay here again. It isn't even that cheap.

It's a nice place for singles to be when waiting for the next flight abroad. The only problem is if the people in the room are snoring, your night would be sleepless. If I'm back in London, I'll probably consider this my first option.

This hostel was everything my husband and I needed it to be; a cheap, clean, nice place to stay in London. There’s even a bus stop right outside the building, so using public transportation was also easy and saved us a lot of money.

This was the worst stay i've ever had in a hostel. Kids/teens running through the halls, screaming, and slamming doors until 2 to 3 am, smoking in their rooms and setting off alarms at 1 am. The showers walls and floors are slimy and unclean. The toilets are always dirty with pee and poop including the pee being on the seats, walls, and floors (not an exaggeration). Horrible hostel with no chance of repeat business.

If you need a bed, this works. It won’t be comfortable, but you will make it to the next day. I was traveling with my friend and as two females, we decided to get a private room with a bunk bed. What we got was very similar to a prison. The room is very very small, and the beds were probably two inches thick if I had to guess. The bathrooms were constantly clogged, even though they would be unclogged earlier in the day (this was a daily occurrence). The surrounding area is not bad at all and all in all, we did feel safe as two young women traveling. Like I said, if you just need a bed (or I guess a cot) this place is perfect for you.
