A beautifully renovated first-floor apartment on a tree-lined Kensington avenue, sleeping up to four guests. Twin sofas, a four-seater dining table, galley kitchen with high-end appliances, and a unique mezzanine lounge with TV. Kensington High Street is 5 mins on foot; Hyde Park 10 mins; two Tube stations within half a mile. A polished base in one of London`s finest neighbourhoods — come and make it yours.
The bedroom is immediately to the left as you enter the apartment, a double bed with storage space in its drawers underneath and a comfy armchair facing the window. On the far side of the bed, mirrored wardrobes provide yet more space for your clothing and bags, plus somewhere you can adjust your attire to ensure you look your best when you head out into London.
As with every room in the property, the living room is a beautifully presented space with twin white sofas facing each other either side of a coffee table by the room`s large window. There`s a quality four-seater dining table next to these sofas, the ideal space to sit and work, play games and, of course, enjoy any snacks and meals you prepare in the kitchen.
The kitchen is located right next to the dining table under the mezzanine. It`s galley style and home to some plush cabinets and high-end appliances, including a washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooker and stovetop. A little window at the far end of the kitchen looks into the bedroom at the front of the house — a unique feature.
There`s a cloakroom with WC and washbasin that`s separate from the main bathroom. The bathroom has tiled walls and flooring with a tub at the far end which has a shower overhead, a second washbasin with cupboard storage space underneath, and a large mirror above.
A staircase from the main reception room leads to a separate mezzanine level. This space features a sofa and a TV, making it the perfect spot to relax or unwind.
Guests have the entire apartment to themselves. No dedicated parking is available.
