Nice reception. Our room was tired and very poor quality. More two star than four. Reception did change our room but even this was disappointing for a raddisson. Good central location and amazingly quiet

The staff were so very helpful and knowledgeable for tourists to have a great visit. Being only steps from the Tube made it ultra convenient. Our room and bed were well appointed and spacious. The desk was a great size and had many power options for gadgets. However we were not able to cool our room to a comfortable temperature. The light in the wardrobe wouldn’t turn off so made the room brighter than we would like. Also no power by the bed side tables which we found inconvenient for our phones.
