I booked this hotel because of tube strike and it was close to my work. My room was No4 and it was next to the door between upstairs and basement so there was noise whenever people passed by. It was ok for one night stay.

Modern Hotel in an excellent location

Very friendly hotel employee helped me use the check in screen. Info sent by the hotel omitted to say that on the check in screen it will accept your surname to retrieve the booking rather than using (searching for) the booking ref. My room (number 9 on the 1st floor) was very modern. Comfy bed. Great shower. USB A and USB C charge points in the bedside sockets. 2 good sized mugs for a brew Located 2 mins from Marble Arch tube station. Various eateries and watering holes with 200 yards. Recommended.

I was given a basement room, even though I booked a room based on pictures that showed two windows. The hotel refused to change my room to one above ground, so I had to move out after staying for one night. Additionally, the hotel declined to refund my payment.

Great staff , TINY rooms

Great staff (key card machine was a little finicky) and amazing location (5 minutes walk from Marble Arch tube). Clean room with a mini-fridge , rainfall shower and great lighting. Double bed just barely fit. BUT the room was tiny - like a dorm room from college. And you can hear every sound - I heard my neighbour’s WhatsApp notifications like they were from my own phone. Steeet noise was constant but not unbearable.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the staff went out their way to correct any problems and even upgraded to a bigger room. Hotel is clean and smells fresh, easy access in and out the building using the code and room Kay feeling safe. It was only 7 minute walk to Oxford street and to Hyde park with lots of transportation if it was needed. Over all great customer service and lovely hotel and we will be staying again on the near future.

As an American I thought the room was small, bathroom was supers small. But I understand the difference, fine. Place is clean, newly redone. Front door is a keypad I had problems with it all week. O reception or people that speak English on site. Having laundry room on site is nice. Overall if you don’t mind the above mentioned issues, it would be a great alternative.

Lovely little hotel in central London.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the rooms were so comfy and cosy. The location was great. Everything felt brand new, including the TV which had every streaming app possible for you to sign in to. There were lots of plug sockets, a safe, ample clothes storage, an AC unit, and we could also open the windows to get fresh air into the room. There's also a mini fridge. The only thing I would change is the amenities, we stayed in a room for 3 people and only had one mug. That's a very minor criticism as we really loved our weekend here! Definitely a bargain for the lovely room and location, and will stay here again.

Room 9 was nice and big, perfect size for a couple. could do with adding some more pillows to the bed. Room 9 faces out onto the main street at traffic lights which is very noisy at night.

Considering it was so hot ac was not working i arrived late because we had a flight delay on top no ac called someto help they cam ac stated working but afterwards ac started smell like buring plastic so i closed it quickly so thay fire will not start so i tried to open window which was locked couldn't open it so i had a horrible sleep i had to leave the room very early so i. Can have fresh air and asked to check out little late but that was refused to .bad experience.

Stiff bed - noisy street - bring eye mask - excellent location - pub across the street closes at 11:00 pm has great staff and food. Light on ac and from windows made sleeping difficult . Some noise from others . Good for price if you can take a stiff bed - probably best for single traveler .

I would recommend!

Great hotel, self check in which i have never done before but it worked very well, great price for the location, very comfortable, clean and had everything i needed. I would recommend this hotel.
