The staff were wonderful. The location is great. The room is very small but very clean and despite tiny bathroom, it has a great shower. There is a small room off the inside entrance where you can store luggage, and keep any food you buy in the small fridge

It was great! So close to Paddington, easy to move around town (even when the strikes were on), the place is clean, the bed super comfy and the staff were polite and always willing to help. Would definitely stay here again, if I return to London.

Check in was ready with the information provide in advance. We arrived during the hours that reception was open and the member of staff explained everything in detail about how to get in and out of the building.
