Great place to stay, especially because it’s located right in the heart of London, making it easy to explore the city’s major attractions on foot or by public transport. The hotel is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable rooms that make excellent use of the space. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the overall experience offers great value for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in London.

Loved our stay! It was very clean and well maintained. Perfect area as it was near the underground and in a quiet area. It was also a perfect location if you like a morning run as it was near Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.

The location is fantastic with many theatres and other attractions nearby. The room was clean but tiny and the staff was very nice and helpful. The main issue was the extra cost Breakfast which Expedia's page calls a Top Rated Breakfast. Even upon checking in they called it a Continental Breakfast with nothing hot (unless you count coffee or adding hot water to a packet of something). Breakfast was minimal and not worth the added cost.

The hotel is very well situated, very close to Trafalgar Square, many theaters, Covent Garden, etc. The room had some stains on the carpet that didn’t look good. Breakfast was included, but there was no protein besides yogurt. It would have been nice to have some cheese, ham or eggs to go with all that bread. Because of the location it was a good experience.
