The location was excellent, close to transportation and walking distance to tower bridge and Tower of London. The local restaurants were great. A little under staffed and some attention needed on housekeeping. Other than that, we felt safe and the staff that was available went out of their way for us. Would go back again, definitely…

Hotel bello, accogliente e pulito!! I materassi sono i migliori finora trovati in un hotel!! Per contro…non è spiegabile il fatto che per rifarti la stanza si debba fare una richiesta nonostante sia spiegato che gli asciugamani per terra sono da cambiare! Sehr ruhiges Zimmer und Hotel. Betten gut. Nah gelegen zu U-Bahn und Bus (Aldgate East). Frühstück typisch englisch, der Käse fehlt und ein paar Scheiben Wurst auch. Zimmerreinigung nur auf eigenen Wunsch. Fenster ist nicht zu öffnen.

Das Zimmer ist zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Auf Wunsch kann es über die Rezeption gereinigt werden. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist üppig und reichhaltig. Vermisst haben wir Wurst- oder Käse- Aufschnitt. Die Haltestelle Aldgate East liegt nur 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt. Für ein kleinen Lunch kann man in hoteleigenen Restaurant essen. Alternativ findet man in der Straße eine Pizzeria und auf der Ecke gegenüber einen gemütlichen Pub.
