Premier Inn Aldgate is a really great location, near Brick Lane with its vintage shops and restaurants, to Spitalfields market, and more. The hotel is clean but not sterile, and very quiet. I booked on short notice and got a room with an accessible bathroom, but I can't really rate that of course. I tried the breakfast one morning when I got up early enough and they have both hot and cold items...you pay just 2 euros more for the hot stuff, like fried eggs, beans, sausages and the like.

The hotel feels a bit dated in general. I had to stay in a handicap friendly room which really felt hospital like in the bathroom. The curtain rod fell down when I arrived and opened the curtains. There was zero interest in me as a guest when I arrived from the front desk.

In addition, the hair dryer appeared to have an electrical fault, it kept turning on and off. WiFi was slow
