Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Like staying the weekend at a friend’s house.

Didn’t seem to be ready to rent. Broken bathroom fixtures. TV was on the floor, not mounted. No A/C, no fans, no screens on the windows, very stuffy and humid. Carpet was stained and dirty, comforter was suspect dirty, “extra” sleeping area was not easy to set up and bedding was under owners bags and empty suitcases. Bath had a shower wand but no shower enclosure, water was no contained.
Hot iron on carpet.
Owners weights and workout equipment in room.
Extra non useful items.
TV mount cam off.
