They accommodated an early check-in and that was lovely after a red eye. They had 24 hour menu and the food was amazing for jet lag. Arman was very nice and helpful. Such a great experience. The hotel was walking distance from paddington station. The room was comfortable and the shower was great! Overall we will go back if we get the opportunity to travel to London again!

Pool is small but most welcome for unwinding after travel or to start the days off. Steam room and sauna enhance the experience. Unattended nature of pool not ideal for young or lone swimmers.
