One night stay at NHOW. Very modern and chic rooms. All with a British royalty theme. Hair dryer and iron and ironing board in room. Plenty of plugs and usbs in the room. Staff were very friendly and present on reception at all times. Luggage facility available too

Not bad, plumbing could use a lot of improvement.

Talithia at the reception desk was amazing. Thank you for making our stay special. The sink in the room was blocked from the moment we arrived but because we were only at the hotel for one day I couldn't be bothered to complain until we checked out the following morning. The shower drainage was also very poor. A 5star hotel should not have these issues guys 😮‍💨

Comfortable stay in a funky room

Room was ready for me when I arrived, £50 security deposit was requested. My room was clean, comfy and with funky decor. Massive bed with plenty of pillows. Good sized bathroom with walk in shower, water pressure 7/10. Shower gel, shampoo & conditioner provided. Two large & two small towels, plus towel to stand on. Mini fridge with two free bottles of water. Blackout blinds and functioning aircon = a great sleep. Access to on site gym which is small but useful. Equipped with various cardio machines, dumbbells, kettlebells and a bench. Free water in the gym fridge too. Daily room service if required, staff are really friendly and welcoming. Will definitely stay again if working in the area.

OK - but style over substance

Poor wi-fi. I couldn't connect to wi-fi at first, a friendly chap from maintenance came to help, we got it working by the door of the room, but once I used it further in the room it couldn't connect or kept dropping out. Pillows also lumpy and uncomfortable.

A lovely room with luxury touches which make the stay. Bed was really comfortable and big with lots of pillows. The bar staff were the highlight of our stay, Justin and Jaleni were brilliant!

I loved everything about this hotel. It was an easy 5-10 walk from the tube station. It's actually right between 2 -Angel and Old Street on the Northern Line and both are an easy walk to the hotel. Once you walk into the lobby, you are greeted by a wonderful calming scent that relaxes you. The staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly. They even have refreshments while you wait. My room was clean and inviting, and looked exactly like the pictures. I felt safe and it was nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet was great. There were so many choices - sweet, savory, gluten free, juices, different types of bread for toast...like I said, so many choices. One of my favourite days was just chilling in the lobby by the fireplace, having a drink and drawing on my iPad for a few hours. The only "half complaint" I had was the accessibility shower. The shower curtain couldn't contain the water around the shower drain, so I ended up flooding out the bathroom floor a couple of times. I used a lot of towels! Overall Great Stay, Great Staff, and Great Memories. Thank you nHow 💕
