Upon arrival we were able to store our baggage safely. The property is in a lovely spot - safe and quaint! The Underground is close so you have easy access to the tourist areas. The breakfast was really good with lots of selection. I will definitely stay at this location again!

near Waterloo station - tons of restaurants near by Very good breakfast, super easy, fast seating, lots of good options - our 15 year old ate free with us! Rooms were nice, you needed to request a cleaning, but that is how everyone is going Stored our luggage for us all day on the last day

This hotel is well located, near the subway, restaurants and coffee shop. 15 mins walk to the London eye. The is well maintained and has a/c. No free breakfast, no water in the lobby and ice on the floor.

Came from canada, beds and pillows were top notch. Nice and quiet. Loved that the kids had their own single bed each. Paid for the breakfast and it was well worth it. Would recommend, it was close to the tube, Westminster bridge was a nice walk. Could upkeep wall scuffs but it was clean, quiet and great price

Everything was great! The breakfast add-on was totally worth it, the buffet is a great way to start the day. Lots of food options and very well cooked with lots of flavor. The family room for 4 was a little small, but we weren't in it very much other than sleeping. The beds were comfortable, the place is clean, it's quiet, and walkable to just about anything you'd want to see. Highly recommend!
