Friendly staff, clean rooms but this hotel is in desperate need of a re-furb'. Given the location in proximity to Wembley Stadium & Arena they could be sitting on a gold mine. The room decor, room & restaurant furniture, bathroom panelling, halls, doors, carpets throughout are all well past their sell-by date. Everything is old & tired. The perspex panels that surround the reception & restaurant reception areas are very off-putting reminds me of the worst times of covid, or queuing up at a post office to get served. Even the foyer door that leads into the lift lobby was sticky as though it had been sprayed with one too many hand sanitisers. I felt sorry for the staff who were all hard working, friendly & diligent but the owners clearly need to put their hands in their pockets and get down to a serious upgrade. They deserve better and we won't be back for the meantime

Absolutely brilliant for Wembley Stadium / Arena

An ideal hotel for any event at Wembley stadium. No need to get stuck in Wembley Way after the events, just turn left when coming out of the stadium, past the arena, right at the end of the road, and the hotel is there. Back within 10mins after Coldplay. A great hotel

Good location

Booked 2 rooms as previous hotel cancelled, stayed due to a show at wembley, location perfect. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Sink in 1 room had a crack through it, sink in other room was loose.

Hotel was old and needed an update. Room was again old and needed updating. Tiles cracked in bathroom, walls dirty, holes in curtains. Some staff were rude at times. Only positive it was near to the theatre we needed to get to.

Stay for Wembley event September 2025

This hotel is a great location for Wembley events, just a short walk from tube station and Wembley stadium. Although very clean, the decor is very dated and there is no air-conditioning (a noisy fan was provided). The beds are uncomfortable with a hard mattress. Breakfast was adequate. The WiFi was terrible with little or no signal.

Asked when booking for an accessible room which was confirmed. Arrived and although car park is first come first served, they had coned off a disabled parking bay just for us. Thought this was a good start. Room adequate and clean. Beds not the most comfortable but that's down to taste. Continental breakfast ok. Overall trip was good. Left Wembley Stadium at 11:00, was in hotel (walked) by 11:20. Good location

Luckily we only stayed for 1 night to attend a concert. Close to Wembley which was 1 good point. Room was in need of some TLC. Carpet was thread bare, chair was broken and curtains were hanging off in place's. We should have maybe complained considering the price we payed which was obviously almost 3 times the usual price due to the concert. Definitely wouldn't stay again.

Hotel needs a internal refurb

Must say what we paid for this one room for one night was a joke. 3 Star? For me 0 stars Dirty carpets, Old heating / air con system, Dirty old bathroom shower. We didn’t even stay the one night. Checked out by 12am after Coldplay concert. This place has a great location but everything else is a No No.
