Fair experience for my family, especially good choice of hotel after concert around Wembley. Clean and tidy. The only drawback is the restaurant is undergoing renovation, so no breakfast can be provided, getting my wife and daughter to be disappointed

Clean room. Friendly staff. Facing Wembley stadium. Would be nice to have tissues in the room. Bar fridge in premier rooms. Very busy on event days. Easy access by bus.

Everything was ok except: - picking up calls. I had to call multiple times from IS to talk to reception about something important - water dispenser near reception needs to be kept filled up always. I noticed it was filled up only during late morning to early evening hours

Yes, my only complaint is that room service is not very efficient. I was sick with food poisoning my last day I couldn’t leave the room. Room service number wasn’t listed anywhere, when I finally connected through they were not accommodating to my needs I only wanted tea and electrolytes of some sorth
