Great location in Paddington, train and bus stop were right across the road. Luggage storage and a lift made life easy. Staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant on site was handy for last minute meals and breakfast. But loads of restaurants in walking distance too. Great for a solo traveller.

This place has super cool modern rooms with all kinds of features. It was quiet also. Great for access to Padington. The room was pretty small though and would be tough for 2 people unless they have bigger rooms for that. Overall it was great!

Across the street from Paddington Station. The staff was approachable and very helpful. There is complimentary hot beverages available. Although the room was on the smaller side, there was a lot of storage available.

Hub rooms are tiny but very well designed, taking good advantage of space. We enjoyed the lounge area and made good use of the free tea and coffee. It was a pleasant place to eat our take out breakfasts. Location is outstanding as all forms of public transport are right outside the door and there are plenty of interesting places for a morning walk.

The hotel room was very fancy and really nice. Although I missed the windows as the hotel was located in the basement. The hotel room was small, but had many good solutions to make the most out of it, and the value for money in London was good. Breakfast was very nice.

Lovely place, filtered water and complimentary coffee at reception. The coffee was delicious! Excellent vegan breakfast options, and lovely and sweet staff. The only downside was that the room was too cold, and there is no heater.

Without understanding the differences, we booked the Hub vs Premier inn. The Hub is very tiny yet most efficient use of space. The 2 of us really didn’t mind it. We had everything we needed except for a safe. Would have been even better if there was a microwave. Thank goodness for the coffee machine and water dispenser. I would stay there again. One strange thing, our room had a food smell 2 out of the 3 days we got back. Otherwise, all good.

Be aware that some rooms are below ground without real windows, not best for claustrophobics. Also don't let the check in person try to charge you anything on top of your prepaid tariff, as happened with me.
