Staff were friendly. We stayed two nights and we had requested a crib. We checked in late the first night and inquired about the crib and we were told it was good to go. Got to our room and there was nothing. Staff corrected it very quickly though. We also didn’t get a top up of our complimentary coffee on the following day. All in all, a nice and well kept hotel. No major complaints at all. All staff were very friendly

The staff was nice and design of the place was good. The room had water damage everywhere. Probably mold behind the walls with damaged fixtures everywhere in the bathroom. The pool is freezing cold. Explains why no one is in it. First aid kits are empty. If you cut yourself at the pool. You have to go to front desk and hope the staff can find a bandaid. The room is noisy. Can hear the ventilation in the bulk heads. I would not go back there unless they renovated there rooms.

Spacious, clean, quiet suite in good condition. The room had a small kitchen with microwave and fridge. There's an onsite pool, small fitness room with free weights and some exercise machines. Nice breakfast included with the room. Hot and cold choices. Healthy selections as well. Overall a very nice stay.

My first issue was the check in. My wife and I attempted to check in early and no rooms were available. Fair enough. I was busy for the day and when my wife returned she was denied check in because the room was booked in my name so there we security concerns. Remember we were there together earlier. After a phone conversation, interrupting my planned event, they made an EXCEPTION, really, and let my wife check in. The room is basic but good for the price. However the sink was plugged and the water built up in the basin and the TV is on a side wall at a 90 degree angle from the couch. Hard to watch. When I got back to the room later in the evening and went up to the room, someone had thrown plates and bowls of food in the hallway. In the morning the plates and bowls had been removed but food scraps were not cleaned up nor vacuumed and still had to be stepped over. I trust our experiences were isolated incidents.

I have never left a review like this before, but this hotel stay was truly disappointing. When we arrived, our room was dirty and not even ready — we had to wait an extra 40 minutes. Once inside, we found hair all over the bed, broken amenities (toilet paper holder, mirror in front of the bathroom, hand soap dispenser, and even the table), and overall poor upkeep. The staff’s response was that “someone might come tomorrow to fix it” — but with checkout at 11 the next day, that was useless. On top of that, we were quoted one price for an extra room and then told at check-in it would be $50 more. The beds were uncomfortable, the room was not welcoming, and the overall experience was far below expectations. Definitely not worth the stress or the cost.
