This is my worst experience in my whole life. I booked the property with Hotels.com which I have used sucessfully for many years.
I arrived at the property at 10pm after spending 1 hour looking for a ''hotel'' as advertised. It was just a door with NO signage to indicate that there was any accommodation at this address. It was just a door.
I rang the contact telephone number and was advised that I had to go on line and use ID (I live in the UK, we dont have ID here, its not needed). I was also told to pay more money !!.
I asked for access to my accommodation. The contact refused. He also refused to give his name. I ask the question, who operates like this?
Hotels.com refuse to give me a refund. The '' hotel'' also refused to give me a refund. I am in touch with the police about this matter.
