Short staffed resulting in poor and slow service. Could not order food over the phone as no one answering and after going down to order, they called after an hour and told us they are still behind and need another 45 minutes. Upon arriving, check in was very slow and we could not use the pool in the morning before checking out as they were doing maintenance on a Monday morning. We came one night for an event and stayed there because there was a heated pool we were hoping to use before checking out in the morning. Last bathroom have no hooks to hang towels or clothes..if hotel want to save on towels and have people use it more than once, they need to provide a place to hang it.

A Rockstar Family Getaway at 100 Kellogg Lane! We recently stayed at the new Hard Rock Hotel in London, and it was an incredible experience for the whole family. The hotel perfectly blends its industrial history with a high-energy, modern vibe. The Indoor/Outdoor Pool Experience The pool was the absolute highlight of our stay. It’s a unique indoor/outdoor setup that feels like a luxury retreat, no matter the weather. All-Weather Swimming: Even with snow on the ground outside, the water was steaming and perfectly heated. The kids loved the novelty of swimming "outdoors" in the winter! Atmosphere: The area features vibrant LED lighting and an innovative underwater sound system, so you never miss a beat of the music while underwater. Lounge Area: There are comfortable loungers and a stylish indoor section to dry off and relax. Perfect for Families Being located right within the 100 Kellogg Lane complex makes this the most family-friendly hotel in the city. You don't even have to leave the building to find world-class entertainment.

We had an overall nice stay at the hotel. The property itself is beautiful, and the service was generally very good. That said, the biggest disappointment was the pool. While it’s advertised as a heated indoor/outdoor pool, it was freezing during our stay. My kids were shivering, and their lips were turning blue, which made it clear the pool was not properly heated. Even the hot tub was barely warm, and there was salt scattered all over the deck near it. We had planned to swim multiple times, but ended up barely using the pool at all, which was disappointing. The food at the Sessions restaurant was just okay. My steak arrived cold and lacked seasoning. My daughter’s chicken fingers tasted good but were very overcooked. The prices also felt a bit steep for the quality. On a positive note, the children’s museum was amazing and absolutely worth the cost — a definite highlight of the trip. However, I would strongly recommend skipping the Club House mini golf. It cost over $65 for our family of four, and we finished 12 holes in about 20 minutes. It felt like a total waste of money — your time and money are much better spent at the arcade or the children’s museum. We would consider coming back, but likely only during warmer weather when the outdoor pool deck can be fully enjoyed.

Could not sleep with two nights in a row, told the property manager and they would not listen there was constantly banging screaming. We drove eight hours just to stay at this hotel as well. The staff was horrible, and the manager was even worse me and my husband went to celebrate my pregnancy. What we just found out about. It was just terrible. Our New Year’s was destroyed.
