- This home has air-conditioning in the first sitting room and both bedrooms only. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each room that requires them. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home is spread over six floors with no internal elevator. This home is in the bustling heart of Soho near to local bars, pubs, clubs and restaurants. Some noise will be heard inside the home during the day and at night, and particularly on weekends. There is limited phone reception inside this home. The wine cellar on the lower-ground floor of this home is not for guest-use. The home's showers have low water pressure. This home accepts babies, toddlers and children, but does not accept pets. The fireplace in this home is ornamental.
