Room smelt of smoke, no towels on arrival had to prompt twice for delivery, later found a stash in the shared kitchen cupboards. Shower doors hanging off hinges.
Clean rooms, comfortable furniture and amenities. Competitively priced. Plenty of dining options nearby. Convenient location close to major tourist attractions. This place is not on a major street, so there's not a lot of traffic.
Small double room in apartment arrangment - 3 rooms on one floor of building sharing bathroom and kitchen. Very clean and Musa was easy to contact to arrange access when checking in. Granted it isn't luxury, but if you want a spotless place to sleep, 5 mins from Liverpool Street station for a fraction of what you would pay for a hotel then this place is just the ticket. I'd stay again, and would recommend to others.

The room was clean and had the basic amenities, and the check-in guidance was clear and helpful. But it was a shock to realise on arrival that it was a room inside a flat sharing a bathroom with other guests. Nowhere on the site before ordering is this made clear. As a woman travelling alone this made me feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. It should be made very clear in the advertising that you will be expected to share a bathroom and kitchen with strangers.
Welcoming and well equipped apartment in a great location. The pillows were quite uncomfortable and the blinds didn’t keep the room dark. However, good value room.

Poor service - crummy place
The location on the site and booking was not correct. the number attached to the booking was also incorrect, the poor man who's being barraged with calls - he is not affiliated with this listing. unsure why this is the case. the rooms were drafty, poor windows. the kitchen window didn't close at all - poor security. we had to call hotels.com to actually get in - an absolute disaster as we were weary travellers. He was quite rude and told us he waited for ages and should charge us a 150 euro fee which he said he would be kind and remove. We got a poor night sleep - we wanted warmth and the duvets were thin.
Clean, well located apartment with good amenities (hair dryer etc.). Great welcome by Ali, showed me how to use the key codes, and off I went. Next time I'm heading to London I'll be booking in again!
This is a tiny room in a strange and small apartment. For the price it’s not too bad, but I wish the host would’ve been more clear about the nature of the room. It is in an apartment that is shared with two other rooms. Shared kitchen, shared bathroom. The amenities are very modest. I was quite hot the whole time. The best thing about this place is the location. Absolutely fantastic location right in the midst of many good pubs and restaurants, and a short walk from Liverpool St underground station. But beside that, I recommend spending a little extra and finding yourself a less strange, dingy room.
