High-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout your stay, making it easy to work, study, or stream your favourite entertainment. A shared washer/dryer is conveniently located on the ground floor.
Self-check-in with smart locks lets you arrive at any time that suits your schedule. Although daily cleaning and breakfast are not available, mid-stay housekeeping can be booked for an additional charge, allowing you to enjoy your stay with complete flexibility.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
There are CCTV cameras in the communal areas and externally.
Noise can be heard from the street outside.
We kindly ask all guests to respect our strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. If evidence of smoking is found during or after your stay (such as smoke odours, ashes, or cigarette butts), a smoking fee of up to £300 may be charged to cover additional cleaning and restoration costs.
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone in the building, parties, excessive noise, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. If these rules are breached, we may need to take appropriate action, which could include ending the reservation early. Any costs incurred as a result may be charged in accordance with the booking terms.
