We didn't find the bath room click and well maintained. Our towel and some of the bed linnen had puke on. We did get new from the reception. Note, They don't offer breakfast.

Filthy Hotel, NO amenities, used toilet paper on bathroom floor, This hotel needs a visit from the health Department and removal from Hotels.com. This may be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I am 75. This of course comes at an exorbitant price. DO NOT STAY HERE

The cold tap in my room wouldn’t work, when I brought this up, the staff told me to use communal one in bathroom. Chair in room and wall stained. Soap was a half used bottle from previous stay. Toilet wouldn’t flush. No air con, which isn’t a surprise in a UK hotel, but it was 32C and the hotel had no fans. The man in the front desk was nice though.

The perfect place for the traveler who wants NO amenities, hot water or soap. If you are looking for a cheerless, dingy and stained room without any redeeming qualities, this is your place! Uncomfortable beds, stuffy and plently of street noise rounds out your experience at the Gresham Hotel!

Shocking hotel, room was awful, not been decorated since the 70s, leaks stains all over the ceiling, bathroom i wouldn't wash my dog in it was the worst hotel I've ever booked, didn't stay, booked out 10 mins after booking in, couldn't stay there.

No running cold water from sink tap, sink and shower broken, no soap provided, mould and stains all over the curtains. TV but no control, asked for a control and they said no, the TV is in the rooms but you can't use them. 32° heat and couldn't provide a basic fan.
