Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Just awful!

Entire building is under construction. The manager did not tell me the building was under construction nor was there any mention in the hotels.com posting. I was woken up at 7am to the sounds of heavy construction. I had booked for 6 nights but left after the first morning and checked into a local hotel. Horrible experience. Hotels.com did give me a full refund.
