This flat is spacious inside. I had some issues with communication with the host after booking the property. It was for the same day so I was anxious about being able to get inside. I called them a couple of times and only received a VM. When I emailed them they responded quickly but when I arrived and wasn’t sure of the apartment number and emailed to ask them, they told me to read the instructions of which were quite lengthy. I told them that they could have just told me the floor and apartment number instead of making me stand in the entry of the building trying to figure out where to go with my suitcases. The building is right next to a train track and it runs until around midnight and starts bright and early. You can hear it along with some poor little dog that is left alone all day. Not having a hairdryer provided along with some basic supplies, such as salt, pepper, sugar, tea, etc was shocking to me. I have never stayed an a short term rental that was so lacking in basic necessities. Both mattresses were very thin and full of springs. So they didn’t help with getting a good night’s sleep especially when combined with the noise from the train. The property has potential but needs some serious upgrades.
