The staff member at check-in was very nice. Otherwise the halls were filthy and stunk, my room looked like a construction site, and I'm not sure the last time anything was properly cleaned. This place is gross!

forget that this appears to be a old hotel which had a little window air conditioner that was taped in. what was horrible about this hotel even scary is that at 5:50 am of the night i was staying , a man just walked into my hotel room. the door was locked, he must of had a key and he just walked in to wake me. thank goodness i am a light sleeper, the click of the door handle is what woke me and when i got up i see the room illuminated by the lights of the hallway , i look over to see a man, he right away offers a excuse of kids running in the hallway and he was looking for them,, i asked how that has anything to do with him entering the room.. he mumbles something and leaves.. i quickly get up and latch the door. this is unbelievable, no excuse can be made for this, just if you cant feel secure.

While the parking was easily accesible to the room, the lot was showing the distress of age as was the building exterior. The room had been painted by an amateur, the sink was cracked and the tub surround sealant was amateurishly repaired. On a good note the room was quiet because it was on the back away from traffic and the mattress was very comfortable.

The Hotel is conveniently located close to White Oaks mall with easy bus transport to town. The room is spacious with a very comfortable bed . Wifi is also reliable . The bathroom is adequate. However there is no complimentary breakfast and no hot water kettle but the unit is equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. Problem … the door to the unit was mis -aligned …a challenge to open and close . Another door I tried posed a similar problem . Also management should consider replacing the corridor carpet …it’s old , worn and spotted with paint. The parking area should to be repaved at some time.

Don’t believe the 10/10 ratings. They have significant paint stains on the hall carpets, paint peeling everywhere, water stains on our room ceiling, receptacles without covers, towel with someone’s hair in it. Can’t even open the bathroom door fully without smacking the shower rod which is partially falling off the wall. We’ll never stay here again. There are far better hotels in the immediate area. Took a chance on trying this one on this trip… big mistake. The bed, however, was comfortable and the area is great for shops and restaurants.
