The staff was okay at reception. The room was cold at 8pm at night and I had to go downstairs to ask how to put the heating on and we told the heating only goes on at 9am. I don’t freeze at home and certainly didn’t expect to be cold I. A hotel room . The bed is okay but certainly not that comfortable.

Reasonable place. A little on the expensive side. Good location. Quiet. Some rooms in an annex which neans crossing a courtyard. Not good it it’s raining. No breakfast but room has a kettle so you can make your own. Look very small but quiet and warm. Bathroom and shower tiny. Grand for a night if there out busy all day. Not sure I’d say any more than that.

If you’re considering this hotel it’s because you want something relatively cheap and right next to King’s Cross. And that’s exactly what you’ll get here. The rooms are small, but clean and reasonably comfortable. The station is maybe 100m down the street. The staff are super friendly and helpful, though, and the ability to store your bags on the day of your checkout is a great perk. Note that it seems the toilets use recycled water so your bathroom may have that gray water smell.

We checked in and were asked to leave keys at reception everytime we left the hotel, there was different staff on every time we left and returned and we weren't ever challenged who we were on return and asked for room key they could've been giving our room key to anyone. Our room stunk of urine and was tried to be masked by multiple plug ins and toilet duck everwhere,

A great budget-friendly option which is centrally located and with friendly staff, but can be very noisy in the night with limited noise insulation. Room 5a located downstairs is clearly next to the laundry room. On both nights of our stay we were woken at approximately 5am with the deliveries, which quite literally sounded like they were taking place in our hotel room.

My room with en-suite was clean and was serviced after the first night. Very small, basement level and facing the street, but good location just across from St. Pancras/Kings Cross down a side street. The young woman who checked me in was great, the night desk gal was just ok. Fine for a couple nights.

I paid USD 172 for a double room 1 night stay. I picked the hotel for its convenient location near Euston and Kings Cross rail stations. Overall the room was a disappointment as it was small and it was outside the main building with poor lighting outside. However, the room was clean and tidy and had a well maintained shower. From the picture I expected more but it served its purpose to enable me to get an early train from Euston in the morning. I didn't take breakfast.

Staff was good. Room severely lacked any ameneties and clearly had been rundown for quite some time without improvement. It does make one question whether the floors or walls are clean, or if the blankets are safe to use. While surely this questioning is unfounded, that it came to mind at all raises concern. Additionally, was rather loud, especially around 7-8am.

Closeness to international train station, local train station across the street, very convenient to get around by bus as well, food near by. We will definitely be staying here in any future travel to London.
