Everything was good. Parking, Warm cookies waiting when we arrived, good timing. Well stocked breakfast was good. Typical chain breakfast, but it was good. AND 1 of those multi blend coffee dispensers that you might get a surprise.

Considering the options in London, ON, this was a great choice for our stay. Absolutely no issues. Comfy beds, clean rooms, A/C that worked, washroom was clean and well maintained, supplies and towels sufficient, included breakfast was better than ecpected, the room was quiet and easy parking. Will be back!

Was offered a refund for a cancelled trip through expedia. Expedia reached out and manager offered to wave fee - I still have proof in my email. It has now been almost two weeks and still just a bunch of back and forth and no refund. Lack of this being rectified in a timely manner is the main reason I will not return. Do not offer to wave fee and refund - if you are not provided to do it. Horrible customer service on management part.
