Incredibly over priced for a tiny room with no AC. Couldn’t move in the bathroom, terrible shower - not worth the hassle of checking on virtually either, absolute pain to do. It’s an old hotel that they’ve given a lick of paint where they can be bothered. Avoid.

Room was very clean and it was in a great location. We had some challenges getting into the room on two occasions due to Internet issues. We would only return if we knew we were on 1st floor or basement. Navigating stairs to third floor with luggage was challenging.

Location great, in the basement there was no noise outside. Room compact, modern, eco friendly, excellent ground coffee, tasteful mug and sugar pot - great touches rather than standard catering plain mugs.

Struggled with this one - I’ve stayed here regularly without issue but the shower in the bathroom was against a sloped wall..Being 6ft2, I couldn’t physically fit in the shower! Being told ‘we wish we could change the architecture’ as a solution really didn’t sit well with me..! Annoyingly, the TV also didn’t work, one important aspect for me when working away to enjoy some downtime. Again, seemingly not a fair issue.

I booked for twin bed, received single bed. Very uncomfortable sleep, the shower didnt drain so when in use the hair and other dirt from previous guest came up. Absolute disgusting.

The place was above expectations. A great location, a lovely room with loads of amenities. Extremely clean and well presented and overall great value. It was fine for me, but my room on the top floor may not have been ideal for someone older or less mobile

Room was better than pictured, I thought. Bathroom was tiny, a heads up about that would have been helpful for accessibility reasons. Lots of noise made by guests upstairs, I think it was due to it being an old building rather than their noise volume. Had some really fun touches that I enjoyed. Location was great, in a really nice neighbourhood. I’d stay with Bob W again.
