Close to LHSC

I was in London for surgery, flown from northern Ontario. The room was spacious, clean, and just perfect for the night before and the night of my surgery. I would stay there again and make use of the fantastic pool area. The only comment was that the building is on split levels, and it's hard to navigate. Many more signs would be helpful.

The staff were great and were amazing as we forgot to clear our closet and they arranged to mail it back to us. The pool and water area were the main draw. The restaurant was pretty good (had dinner and breakfast there). Kids loved it but carpet and areas are older but kids did not care. Would go back.

Good on site restaurant

The check in staff were great and we ate dinner in the on site restaurant which was very nice. Its rare these days that a mid range hotel has an on site family restaurant that serves all meals. They also offered room service. Maybe because its also a conference centre. The only disappointment was that the bathroom didn't have a bath tub and the room door opened right into the the bedroom and the vanity area was right next to the door and also included the coffee maker, coffee etc so it was a bit tight in that area.

Very bad experience. Never had a hotel holding a party or conference until 2am! When we checked in, the staff didn’t Our room was arranged very close to the conference's room. The loud music kept whole night.
