Once we got here room was fine. We were storm stayed and diverted to Montreal. 3:30 am when finally got out of airport and into a room. No opportunity to cancel. No consideration for extenuating circumstances and charged as no show. Also paid in Montreal for a room. Blamed the motel. Motel blamed Expedia.

I stayed dec 29-2025 and had noisy neighbours next door and across the hall, they kept letting their doors slam against the door stops, I asked if they could stop but they kept doing it. I also stayed on dec 30-2025 and had the next door neighbour playing loud music till 4:00 Am in the morning Both nights I spoke with the front desk, but the neighbours kept up with the noise This is very annoying and very unacceptable

We had a great stay at the Best Western London Airport Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were very welcoming and made check-in effortless and quick. The room was spacious, clean, and easily fit our family of four (2 adults and 2 kids). The bathroom was spotless and well stocked. There was a slight issue with the shower faucet, so the water wasn’t as hot as we would’ve preferred, but it really wasn’t a big issue and didn’t impact our overall stay. We also had a small issue with the room lock, but the staff responded immediately and fixed it right away, which we really appreciated. The indoor pool was a nice bonus, especially considering how cold it was outside. The water was comfortably heated, and even with other families there, it never felt crowded. The deepest end was around 5 feet, which was perfect for our kids. Breakfast was very good and had lots of variety — scrambled and boiled eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, pancakes, cereal, croissants, bagels, fruit, plus coffee, tea, and juices. Everything was fresh and well stocked. Checkout was quick and easy, and the staff were courteous throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and would recommend this hotel to families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Very friendly at check-in. Our first room had a very strong smell like the carpet had been shampooed and when I asked to move, I was immediately accommodated to a room on the same floor, which was just fine. The property is a bit dated, but the bed was absolutely wonderful and comfortable.

The bathroom sink was broken - the plunger wouldn’t raise. Shower curtain wouldn’t seal. Room was spartan- carpet dirty. Breakfast was subpar. - the Best Western Stoneridge was much nicer and in better repair all around and will probably not book here again.
