Room was clean , maintained daily. Requested a room for 3 persons , didn’t expect it to be so small however , barely any room to walk with 3 luggages , perhaps I should have checked the size of room for reference as the pictures seemed different . Location was great , staff were very helpful , overall I will definitely stay again.

Aside from being a really comfortable, clean room with a super bed and duvet, the reception allowed me to checkin early. After a red-eye flight, this was a lifesaver and I appreciated it.

This hotel is in easy walking distance of Victoria Rail Station and Coach Station. It does have a lift, but the lift doesn't serve every floor so if you have difficulty with stairs its best to advise the hotel when booking. The staff were very accommodating. The breakfast area is a little congested. Our room was very comfortable.

Staff very was nice, rooms was very clean, bed and pillows was to hard for my liking. No fridge in room. They only had a portable personal ice machine they only makes ice for about 2 drinks at a time for the entire hotel. Love the atmosphere.
