Spacious apartment with improvemnt capabilities

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in an apartment block. kitchen was worn (some handles missing, some dishes were only partial available (3 gkasses 3 big plates for a 4 person apartment) and even some dirty spots on the floor.bathrooms were clean but one bed linene sjhowed spots (whatever that was). The aprtment shows free parking. there is no dedicated parking spot (which I expect with a free parking tag in the description) and street parking is pretty crowded and need paybyPhone charges., maximum stay 4 hours during daytime. I would have never boked this apartment with this parking option. we also have seen several times police controls directly in front of our entrance and private police cars with officers with machine guns. didn't make us feel very safe
