Wasnt worth the price. The stair carpet was torn in 2 places and was dangerous. The soap tray in the shower was horribly rusty. The heating wasnt effective, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Really disappointing considering it cost £220 for the night.

Very quaint property in a really nice location, with a neighborhood feel and yet close to major attractions. The hotel was clean and had character. Our room was compact, as expected in Europe, but everything we needed. I found it to be a very good value, especially with the breakfast included, which is rare in London. The staff were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this property.

I was allocated a ground floor room which was excellent as I have limited mobility. The bathroom was excellent with an easy access shower. The bed was comfortable and breakfast in the morning was varied with plenty of choice and healthy options. I will be staying there again when in London.

Peppery has an ongoing AC issue that management is dishonest about. Leaking AC ruined many of my belongings and we had to push for management to reach out to us regarding this issue. All four nights we slept with non functioning AC and portable fans which was extremely uncomfortable.

Overall the hotel is great very centralized to Victoria station… gorgeous area… the common areas of the hotel are stupendous… my only thing was the accessibility to the hotel room on the ground level especially when you have luggage.

The hotel is pretty unique-looking as it’s a townhouse style. The staff were friendly and available 24/7, and the breakfast was good. It was a quick walk to the train station and busses, and a reasonable walk to Buckingham Palace. There are a ton of stairs if you’re staying on an upper floor (no elevator) and security was lacking as people who weren’t guests could slip through at night which is the major downside to the townhouse-style buildings. Staff do building checks in the middle of the night for security every now and then.

Would be ok for 1 day. We were there for 4. Pros: Room was clean. 10 minute walk to Victoria Station. Cons: Room was small, maybe 8’x10’. Small closet, maybe 10”-12” wide. Small desk and small bedside table. The bed was shoved up against a non-functioning fireplace. In my 70’s and had to crawl in & out of bed by fireplace or wake husband. Bathroom is pretty, but no place to set anything down. Has a pedestal sink, toilet and nice shower. No hooks for towels, towels were left on the bed everyday.

Convenient hotel for London

London hotels are never cheap but this was a nice hotel and the staff were lovely. The rooms are nothing amazing but they meet the needs for a family wedding

Great location but needs updating

Good points: Great location. Lovely staff. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Plenty of toiletries. Well-supplied hospitality tray. Very little traffic noise. Bad points: My room was on the ground floor, right next to the front door, so there was a lot of disturbance with the door slamming. Noise from creaking floorboards. Tired decor and shabby furniture.

We were in the basement and had to climb stairs that were a tripping hazard due to loose carpet. Easy to fix not sure why they had not bothered. I would not be recommending this place to anyone i like. Close to train station but that’s about all.
