Really clean rooms. Small, but such a great location and price for that area. Easy walking distance to tube and Eurostar trains. Loved the easy proximity to food and pubs as well. It was quite the tiniest room I’ve stayed in but perfect for the solo traveller. And staff were exceptional. Greeted me for a bag drop off, left my bags ready for me when I got to the room along with a lovely, thoughtful welcome gift. And a tea trolley outside my door in the morning. Great location.

I stayed in the Penthouse, which confusingly wasn't on the top floor, but not a major favtor as that's not why I chose the room. The room and hotel were suprisingly welcoming with some complementary snacks and drinks. The area is also quite quiet at night, which helped for an easier sleep. But the mattress was too soft, if i sat up in the bed i could feel the slats.
