Really handy location, staff went the extra mile and put a fan in the room along with some treats. Internal decoration is lovely, and hotel is really handy, close to St Pancras and KX. Only downside was that we went during a heatwave, and the room was so hot, we couldn't sleep a wink.

The staff and overall hospitality of the place was impeccable. From the tea outside the room to the gift from the staff, everything made this stay a very welcoming and enjoyable experience. I found this ideal. Great location, really useful to have a fridge and microwave - decor has elements of interest, which I find positive. The room and bathroom are small, but this really doesn't take away from a really handy, clean and well-run accommodation.

wow just wow i’ve never felt so looked after by a establishment in my hole life i travel a lot and i can safely say this place has left a lasting impression on me nothing as a miss with this place! i highly recommend staying here its the perfect base in a prime location i felt safe and looked after as a female traveller that’s something never overlooked for me when booking a place. i will be back :)

Staff were lovely, communication was consistent with those who were working and available to help. Only downfall is that being the building it is, it's very uncomfortable in warmer weather. Double room is a small double with a small shower so be mindful that 2 people together would be living on top of eachother. Would happily return as a solo traveller!
