Relatively new hotel so still in good condition. Location is perfect for my need. Close to major transportation links. Tried the bar and had a couple of cocktails which were ok at best. Didn’t try the restaurant as it was close to empty each night.

Great hospitality staff. Room is very clean and bed is extremely comfortable. The location is super convenient. 4 train lines, directly to the airport and to the city center. The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early.
