"Travelers need to be able to sleep and keep clean. This is the highest rated accommodation I could find in the area. I wish it were in line with the standard I paid for (I booked two nights), and never expected hard beds and a designated smoking area at the front door.
**Positives: the staff was welcoming, courteous, and kind. The coffee and hot breakfast was very nice.** **Negatives: having the designated smoking area at the front door entrance is a poor management decision, especially where children and allergic individuals are concerned. My family and I booked rooms on two separate floors. No one slept well due to the hard, uncomfortable beds. My own bed felt like there were large hard objects underneath the mattress in various places. There was just no way to get comfortable. **Again, the staff was absolutely wonderful.** Upon checking in, I was told I had the last room available. **Upon arriving back home, I was exhausted from lack of sleep (two nights), and am now sick; partly from walking back and forth through tobacco smoke (the designated smoking area, complete with bench and ash/butt receptacle, is located at the front door motorcade-lobby entrance); and partly from lack of sleep. The smoking area was at the entrance, so I had to walk through the area to ingress/egress. The front desk person did try to help, but the damage was already done. Upon arrive, I discussed it with front desk personnel (and the next morning). I do not like leaving a negative review."
