The room itself smelled horrible. The sofa sagged in the middle, so I had to sit in the desk chair. The bathroom was held together by caulk. She shampoo dispenser latch was broken so it was just laying in the bottom of the tub. Everything was simply run down. I arrived a little before 12. They had many rooms available; however the desk clerk informed me that if I checked in early there would be a $30 charge. There is nothing on their website that says checking in early would add $30. The clerk called someone and came back and said they would waive the fee. The check in rules sheet was two pages long of all the hotel's rules. Rules were posted everywhere. They made a photo copy of my DL, which I have never had a hotel do before, so I had to lock my credit with the three credit bureaus so no one could steal my identity with that information. I asked to have that back and he refused. The vending area was roped off with a Do Not Enter sign. This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had. I chose it to allow me to walk to our office and given the price, did not expect there to be amenities, but I expected the room to be clean and functional. Given how horrible it smelled, I doubt it had been cleaned. The bed was actually comfortable, but for obvious reasons I slept in my clothes for a few hours and just got up left at 3:00 AM to go to the airport and just try to get home earlier. The AC worked well. If zero stars was an option it would get that.

I did not eat breakfast. Signed extra waivers and was charged for extra damage to credit card upon checking in. Very seedy people staying at hotel, smelling like dope, and elevator filthy. My guess is long term tenants. Foggy windows everywhere , which means the uv seals are destroyed on all glass. The Indian owners obviously had people do damage to their rooms. I felt uncomfortable staying at this place. You need to remove this from your list.

Our flight out of Atlanta got canceled due to an storm approaching our final destination. So the airline wasn't covering hotel cost, I decided to look up hotels near by that provided shuttle service and found this one. I called and explained the situation and the front desk clerk said early check in has a fee and we should call back near check in time for the shuttle, not a problem. We decided to go to the hotel on our own to wait instead of being on the airport. Only to walk in and the front desk goes, we are only allowed to sit inside for 30 minutes. The fact that we already booked and was traveling with a 9 year old, I truly took offense to it and wasn't customer friendly at all. We decided to have lunch at a restaurant nearby which was really good and they allowed us to wait until it was time to check into the hotel. We checked in and all I can say is, YOU GET WHAT YOU'RE PAYING FOR. the room was obviously not cleaned well. There was a dirty sock by the sofa, the room just smelled musty, the carpet needs to change, there's nails/sharp objects sticking out that I stepped on. The bathtub I wouldn't recommend this place and its literally a "book with caution"
