We were on 1st floor and there were people outside playing music and taking VERY loud for hours. I’m not opposed to people having a good time, but they also need to be respectful that this is a hotel and people have been traveling a may need to rest. We had been up for 17 hrs and really needed to come in and sleep.

We did the precheck in online. The woman who greated us was so kind a quick. The room was great! Spacious for a family of 4 and breakfast was awesome, the staff tending breakfast was very helpful answering allergen questions.

No luggage cart!! We’ve got bad back and bad knees and no cart was very inconvenient to get our things to third floor. Three trips on check in and three leaving! Very frustrating!! Won’t help us but how about more carts or enforce that the cart can’t spend the night in the room with you!
