Located in the heart of Lisbon, on Janelas Verdes Street, where you’ll find not only the Marioneta Museum but also, just across the street, the National Museum of Ancient Art.
You’ll also be just a 10-minute walk from Santos train station.

Guests have full access to the apartment.

Quiet residential neighborhood, just 15 minutes away from Chiado, Bairro Alto, and Cais do Sodré—three of the most popular neighborhoods for visitors to Lisbon.

To get to the beach or Belém, just walk down the street and hop on a train at Santos Train Station. There are plenty of buses just a stone’s throw away, which means you can get pretty much anywhere from here.

Our commitment:

Cleaning—Professional and in accordance with the guidelines of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all necessary protective equipment (masks and gloves) but also disinfectant products in the recommended proportions to ensure greater safety for everyone.

Check-In - Check-in is done in person so that we can provide all the support guests need, but the process will be quick and efficient, with all necessary safety equipment in place. All information will be available inside the apartment and remotely through our team, which is available 24/7.

Amenities - In addition to our standard first-day amenities, you will also find surgical masks for your first day. We also have these and other products available at cost for added safety.

Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted to do more and will do our best to ensure your comfort. If you prefer not to use the available online tools, our “Fill Your Fridge” service allows you to arrive to find whatever you want in the refrigerator, provided by our local partners, thereby avoiding unnecessary travel. For more information, contact us. We also have transportation partnerships from the airport and to any location you choose in Lisbon and Portugal to make your vacation smoother and more comfortable.

In Lisbon, Uber allows users to request a COVID-19 test through the app.

This service was developed in partnership with Unilabs, one of Portugal’s leading laboratories.

With this option, users can choose the comfort and safety of their home to take a Covid-19 test.
A certified Unilabs technician will travel to the user’s location wearing personal protective equipment to collect the sample.
