The front entrance and stairs are difficult to maneuver and several trips with luggage as elevator is very small.

The location of this property is super! Just a short walk to Rossio square. The staff and breakfast really make this hotel stand out. The staff go beyond what you would expect of a small hotel chain. Rooms are quaint. We had a balcony which was nice, but the room was really small! Bed was comfortable and shower worked well. We would stay here again! Grocery just us the street.

The staff at LX 51 are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good. Suites are clean and quiet. Great location. would highly recommend this property.

The boutique hotel was quaint in a great location with restaurants nearby! Walking distance to the city centre Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent and very accommodating with any questions or concerns.

We stayed from Oct 14-19th in room 203: front of the building with a balcony. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room however was much smaller than we expected and very noisy with the street just below and there is also a bar where the noise went on until 3:30 in the morning. If you are a light sleeper it may not be the right place for you.

Beautiful apartments for adult only stays in downtown Lisbon area. The room was very clean with wonderful views and an incredible breakfast selection. My only concern is that it is sandwiched between 2 questionable nightclubs which were not loud but attracted questionable clientele. Also not meant for handicapped people.Since the elevator is too small to accommodate a wheelchair.

We had a warm welcome and found the breakfast was a perfect selection. Our room had a few cleanliness issues, but nothing too much. Our original room was not available but the choice provided instead was convenient for us. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed our visit. One thing that we found interesting is that the front desk is up a flight of stairs and around the corner - so it felt like we were walking into an apartment building without any reception to greet us. However, once we decided to ascend the stairs and check it out, we found a smiling face and were provided with a small bottle of sparkling wine and some berries to welcome us.

We had a kitchenette, which provided for a larger room. Included was a clothes washer but no dryer or drying rack. In addition storage space for hanging clothes was terrible, the clothes bar did not have enough height to hang clothes. The biggest drawback was no safe, granted they did not advertise a safe but in this day and age you would think it would be a standard provision. The bed was terrible, two singles pushed together with one bottom sheet. Maintenance was lacking, we had a toilet not mounted to the floor, the plug in the sink didn’t work, the entrance hall lights didn’t work and the towels were long past their useful life. On the plus side the breakfast was decent, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was only a 15 minute walk from the centre of the action.
