The boutique hotel was quaint in a great location with restaurants nearby! Walking distance to the city centre Room was clean and comfortable and the staff were excellent and very accommodating with any questions or concerns.

We stayed from Oct 14-19th in room 203: front of the building with a balcony. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room however was much smaller than we expected and very noisy with the street just below and there is also a bar where the noise went on until 3:30 in the morning. If you are a light sleeper it may not be the right place for you.

Beautiful apartments for adult only stays in downtown Lisbon area. The room was very clean with wonderful views and an incredible breakfast selection. My only concern is that it is sandwiched between 2 questionable nightclubs which were not loud but attracted questionable clientele. Also not meant for handicapped people.Since the elevator is too small to accommodate a wheelchair.

We had a warm welcome and found the breakfast was a perfect selection. Our room had a few cleanliness issues, but nothing too much. Our original room was not available but the choice provided instead was convenient for us. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed our visit. One thing that we found interesting is that the front desk is up a flight of stairs and around the corner - so it felt like we were walking into an apartment building without any reception to greet us. However, once we decided to ascend the stairs and check it out, we found a smiling face and were provided with a small bottle of sparkling wine and some berries to welcome us.

We had a kitchenette, which provided for a larger room. Included was a clothes washer but no dryer or drying rack. In addition storage space for hanging clothes was terrible, the clothes bar did not have enough height to hang clothes. The biggest drawback was no safe, granted they did not advertise a safe but in this day and age you would think it would be a standard provision. The bed was terrible, two singles pushed together with one bottom sheet. Maintenance was lacking, we had a toilet not mounted to the floor, the plug in the sink didn’t work, the entrance hall lights didn’t work and the towels were long past their useful life. On the plus side the breakfast was decent, the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was only a 15 minute walk from the centre of the action.

It’s a centrally located property. It doesn’t look like a hotel when you arrive. The hotel and rooms are extremely small. The breakfast is very nice though and the staff is very friendly.

Nice and cozy rooms, just very little, with the sink out of the bathroom. Staff very polite and helpful for every queries. Breakfast was more than expected, rich and various. Loved the fruits, quiches, different types of bread and cakes. The location is very central and close to bus and metro station. Loved it!

Room was very small. Lucky we only took one case otherwise I don’t know where we would have put it. Also we had a shower and toilet then the sink in our room not particularly great. Breakfast was really nice good choice. Walking distance to metro and hop on bus was good.

Property is located close to the Lisbon center. The property is great and included a kitchen! Even a small washer under the sink. There was an electric stove complete with a refrigerator that had a freezer. The breakfast was great and the dining environment was also refreshing! Overall, great staff and amenities. Recommend for those wanting a restful sleep while in Lisbon.
