Welcome to our family home in the heart of Graça. We renovated this house ourselves, and it's where our two daughters grew up. It's filled with love, laughter, and happy memories. With 2 sunny terraces, cozy courtyard, and rare private parking, it's a peaceful retreat in one of Lisbon's most charming neighborhoods next to the best view point of Nossa Senhora do Monte. . We hope you'll feel as at home here as we always have.

The house is spread over 3 floors. The first floor has the kitchen, dining area, lounge area and bathroom with shower. The first floor has 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and 3 singles) 2 bathrooms with showers (1 with small bath) lounge area and laundry room. The top floor has the living room with TV, access to the veranda, office area, bedroom with veranda (single bed), bathroom and children's play area. In front of the house you'll find a parking space, BBQ, table and chairs.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with an oven and a microwave. A Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a washing machine and an iron/ironing board.

Absolutely beautiful, we were a large group of friends (9 adults) and the property accommodated us perfectly. Communication and check in faultless, nice touches like plenty of coffee pods and dishwasher tabs. Amazing location, great local facilities and not far from the centre. Highly recommended.
