The room was very clean linen and towels spotless. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the local restaurants and bars. A short downhill walk to central Lisbon. The negatives are the room is absolutely basic. No glasses,.paper.cups, no fridge or.coffee making facilities, but a great Cafe as part of the hotel. Ok value for money.

All staff I met during ny 3 night stay were professional, friendly and had good knowledge of Lisbon to pass onto us. The room was clean and very comfortable and refreshed daily. Bathroom was more than adequate with fluffy towels and lovely scented shower gel and hand-wash in dispensers. The coffee shop on the ground floor serves delicious coffee and pastries, sandwiches etc. Good location however i did find it noisy at night. 2nd floor room with lots going on in the street below !
