Certainly! Hereâs a balanced and honest review you could use:---We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. After a long and stressful flight, we arrived hoping for a smooth check-in, but were met with delays that added to our exhaustion. There was little communication or apology for the wait, which made the situation even more frustrating.Once we got to the room, we noticed that the floors hadnât been properly cleaned. It was disappointing to see such a basic standard of cleanliness overlooked, especially after a tiring journey. It didnât feel like the space had been prepared with care. Also the sofa was broken and one of the showers wasnât draining properly which in fairness they did come and try to fix.Another issue was the security guard in the lobby. Rather than offering a welcoming presence, they were rude and unfriendly towards us. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere right from the start and made us feel more like an inconvenience than guests.While the property itself has potential, these lapses in service and hospitality made our stay far less enjoyable than it could have been. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the guest experience moving forward.
