The location is perfect...a few minutes' walk from the most popular areas but in a quieter district for sleeping well at night. The staff was very helpful and made some great recommendations for truly local restaurants with delicious, affordable food. I really enjoyed my stay. I was traveling on my own and felt very safe in the hotel and in the neighborhood.

Good: Location was excellent, bed was clean and comfortable, a/c worked good. Bad: shower had black mold, holder for spray nozzle was broken, hair dryer didn't work, safe was broken and I think I saw little roaches. Also when I asked for spa recommendations, they sent me one that offered sexual massages- wierd

Not your typical room but we enjoyed it. We looked out onto the street and there were several restaurants right outside the door. Excellent location. Exceptional front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. 2 elevators. Luggage storage was available before/after checking in or out

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Amenities
Airconditioning worked very well. Very central location of Lisbon (Chiado). Very small shower and you more or less needed to stand outside the shower with the door slighly open to turn on the water (unless you wanted to get cold/hot water over you before you got correct temperature of the water. Walls and door for toilet and shower made of glass (foiled), and posssible to see through here and there. Gaps between glass wall and glass door. Likely that it was some bugs in one of the beds as one person got lots of bit-marks.
