Excellent stay overall. Great location in the middle of everything. Train station entrance/exit right off the front door of the apartment, McDonald right next door. Very easy to find. Despite all that, no noise at all inside the apartment. The place is very modern and clean. No issue with check in/out either. We love it and would not hesitate to stay there again on next visits to Lisbon in the future.

Best location, clean comfortable space, good amenities and outstanding service. When we return to Lisbon, we will stay nowhere else but here! Subway is to the right of the exit and down the stairs, fantastic restaurants in the neighbourhood; all walkable. Could not have had a better place to see Lisbon.

The apartments were nicely furnished with everything you would need. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially JP and Ben who helped us book the tours and airport transfers before we even arrived, also provided suggestions for nearby restaurants etc. Location was amazing, Tram 28 stop right outside and next to the metro station. A lot of food and shopping options around the area. Would definitely stay here again on our next Lisbon visit.

Wow; I just can’t say enough about how great this stay was. We have stayed in short term vacation rentals all over the world and this one ranks at the top of the list from the cleanliness of the entire apartment to the communication everything was top notch. We also used their parking which we were apprehensive about prior to arriving since it wasn’t onsite. Ben who checked us in, was very helpful unloading the car and driving with my husband to the secure, safe, and short easy walk from the apartment parking garage. Parking was a breeze! Best compliment I can give is if we would stay there again and the answer is a definite yes.

The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. Staff communicated clearly and met us at check in to share relevant details to make our stay comfortable and easy. The bathrooms were spacious, clean and contemporary. They provide laundry detergent and dish washing pods. The area is lively, lots of food and shops. Public transportation is right at the door. Overall, amazing place!

We had an incredible experience at Lisbon Best Apartment Chiado Square — truly better than we could’ve hoped for! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Airport transportation was easy and convenient, and we were warmly greeted by Monzer, who welcomed us with genuine hospitality, showed us around the apartment, and even helped us book a Tuk Tuk tour that ended up being one of our trip highlights. The apartment itself was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location could not be better: walking distance to grocery stores, endless dining options, and great shopping. It’s right in the heart of Lisbon, making sightseeing effortless for first-time visitors like us. One of our favorite memories was enjoying the sunset over the rooftops while listening to live music from performers in Chiado Square — such a magical (and free!) experience. We give this stay the highest of recommendations.

I could not imagine going to lisbon and not going to this property. The neighborhood surrounding the property was filled with many fine dine choices and was central to all the tourist spots near. Upon arrival the communication with the tenant was 10/10. The apartment had a beautiful view of lisbon and was located right at the heart of the city. I would recommend and go again myself!

Absolutely one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever stayed in! Location was perfect. Close to so many sites! Property managers were so helpful in making our experience top notch, from organizing our car service in and out of Lisbon to making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was so well equipped and comfortable for my family of 4. We would highly recommend!

Nice, clean, spacious, apartment with all you need (even a yoga mat for morning exercise). Great location right in the middle of Chiado. There will be noise / singing until 10:00 pm or later. Lots of shopping and restaurants right there. Right next to a train station. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

We loved it here. The location is perfect, everything was super clean and convenient. The host Ben checking us in was great. Beds were comfy. Place is very modern bidets and TV in bathroom neither a must for us but it was cool for kids. Convenient for the Baixa-Chiado metro stop and famous tram 28. We used the metro to get to the CP trains to Lisboa Oriente and Lisboa Santa Appolonia to Faro. It made it super easy to get straight home. We absolutely loved the nightly musicians outside and enjoyed wine on the balcony each night listening. Ice cream and shops are very close. Amazing pastries and coffee right below. AC worked well and has elevator. If we come back, we will stay here 100%. Do not rent a car in Lisbon, lol.

In a central spot just near the station, shops, restaurants you feel you are in the very centre of Lisbon. Excellent sound proofing, buskers outside are always done by 10pm, very secure and great communication. 10/10
