A new property decorated in Industrial design. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great location with so many options for eating out. The only drawback is the room were on the small size which made it tricky if you travel with a large suitcase to find a place to open it.

Good location, plenty of restaurants around. Reception is helpful but seems understaffed so slightly slow. Breakfast menu doesn’t change. Left signage asking housekeeping not to enter but they still enter. Construction near the area a bit inconvenient. Power outage on the day of check out but staff helped me with the luggage quickly.

Beautiful new hotel in the Santos district of Lisbon. Short walk to all of the attractions of the city centre, with the nearby Belem district also easily accessed from Santos station. The hotel itself was spotless, and the room was really modern and brilliantly designed with everything needed for an excellent stay. Staff were all friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was delicious! Will absolutely be staying here everytime we visit Lisbon.

We really liked the hotel and staff. Brand new, clean and modern. Although, for us Americans, the rooms could have had a larger trash can, a place to put a suitcase, and a shower with more consistent water temperature. Very good location for walking around in Lisbon.

The room and staff were great, location is great though may not be great for anyone with limited mobility as it’s on quite a steep hill and a few steps. Breakfast was great and appreciated the local touches. Would stay again.
