Access

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a traditional Lisbon building and is accessed by stairs only (no lift).



Before you book

The apartment features charming sloped ceilings and an authentic Japanese Tatami bed, which add to its unique character. Guests over average height should be aware that ceiling height is reduced in parts of the bedroom.

As the apartment is close to Lisbon Airport, occasional aircraft noise can be heard. Most guests consider this a normal part of staying in a well-connected central neighbourhood, but light sleepers may wish to take this into account.

Building Façade Maintenance

Please be aware that the building’s exterior façade is scheduled to be painted and maintained for approximately one month.

Scaffolding will be installed at the front and rear of the building. Workers will not need to enter the apartment. However, access to the rear of the building will be via the rooftop, so workers may occasionally be present on the roof during working hours.

Guests may therefore see scaffolding from the building and may occasionally hear or see maintenance workers during the works.

These works are being carried out by the building and are outside the apartment’s management.
