"The jacuzzi tub was very clean and relaxing and enjoyable. Was so nice to turn the fire place up for a bit. It did get really hot , so we just kept an eye on it. The room was very clean and had plenty of room/dresser/closet space to organize our stuff! The only negative comment I have to make is that we were on the bottom floor, I’d suggest getting a top floor room. We could hear everything above us, especially when they came to clean the room directly above us. It wasn’t their fault, they were just doing their job, quite thoroughly , but for me this was difficult since I don’t sleep well and I was woken up so early with very loud banging and vacuuming sounds. "

"Everything is in good condition, there were a few areas of our room that were not 100% clean, stains on arms of chair, marks on wall, dirty fingerprint on wall switch. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. The breakfast was good for a free basic breakfast. It lacks the attention to detail the better properties offers. Overall it was a good deal for the money."

"We had a glorious visit at the Grand Victorian on Main! Our hostess Tracey has thought of everything.We were traveling with two teenage daughters, who basically decided this was “home”. Whether the cool basement rec room, the living room, or the kitchen…it was theirs. Every bedroom has special touches to make the stay memorable. Even our dog was welcome, and comfortable (sorry Tracey - she loved the duvets). It is so conveniently located to everything that Ligonier has to offer downtown - totally walkable. But we were there to ski - 20-30 minutes to three different ski resorts. We’re only sorry that it was winter, and we couldn’t use the pool, but the fire pit was pretty cool. Tracey was a superb communicator, and every aspect of our trip was flawless. Would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to the Laurel Highlands. "
